The facilities are excellent, and the staff is very friendly, discreet, and attentive. The excursions were very well organized, comprehensive, and punctual. The boat transfers are very comfortable. Our guide was Antoni. A delightful guy, he answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable in the jungle.

An incredible experience. Visiting Heliconia and enjoying the peace and tranquility of the place is priceless. It was a complete experience; from the tours and the staff's service to the connection with nature and the guides' explanations, everything was 10/10. The food was exquisite, and the drinks at the bar were very good. An excellent plan for a family or couple's trip.

Spectacular place and even better service. Lucio was our guide; he was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. He explained so much about the place, insects, animals, and more. A truly excellent person. The Heliconia team was also fantastic. The food was equally amazing. A wonderful memory of this place.

It was an incredible experience. We especially want to highlight our guide, Manuel, who made sure we felt comfortable. He explained everything about the Amazon, its birds, animals, culture, and plants in detail. Plus, he's very funny. We are so happy with our experience. We loved it!! We would definitely return.
